How do I cancel my hosting account?

 If you find that you no longer require your hosting package and wish to proceed with its cancellation, we've outlined the steps below for your convenience

Step 1: Log in to your Webspacekit account

 

Step2: Under active products section, click on ‘Manage’.

 

Step3: Click on ‘Request Cancellation’ option on the left menu

 

Step4: Fill out the reasons for cancelling, and choose the cancellation type.

 

Note: If you wish to cancel the hosting at the time of renewal, then choose ‘End of billing period’ in cancellation type.

 

NOTE: All websites for add-on domains, subdomains, as well as email accounts (if any), that are hosted in your cPanel account will be suspended and further terminated along with the main hosting service. So make sure to backup   all the necessary data before your hosting account gets suspended and cancelled. Cancelling the hosting account does NOT cancel your related domain name registration.
